Returns & Exchanges
- Timeframe: You may return or exchange items within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Exclusions: Final sale items, limited drops, gift cards, and customized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
How to Return or Exchange
- Contact Us – Email our support team at ironcrownfitnesswear@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Ship It Back – You’ll receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Processing Time – Refunds and exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If your return is approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
No worries. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item and it is unworn and unwashed, you can exchange it within 14 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number to get started.
