1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During high-demand periods and holidays, processing times may be extended.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Standard Shipping: 3-9 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days
    • International Shipping: 7-14 business days
  • Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.

3. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship within Canada.
  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to reflect in the system.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Iron Crown Athletics Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they are handed to the carrier.
  • If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment fees.

7. Pre-Orders & Backorders

  • If an item is on pre-order or backorder, the estimated shipping date will be provided at checkout.
